Veteran WR Anquan Boldin has agreed to and signed a one-year, $2.75 million deal with the Buffalo Bills that does include incentives, the team announced Monday.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that sources told him that the incentives could add up to as much as $1.25 million. It was also reported by Schefter that Boldin actually backed out of the deal last week before agreeing to the deal this week.

Boldin visited the team on July 24th, which at the time, he was still an unrestricted free agent.

Shortly after the announcement, Boldin tweeted a photo of him in a Bills jersey with the caption “Season 15.”. He also sent a special thank you to the Detroit Lions, the team he played for last season.

Last season with the Lions, Boldin had 67 catches for 584 yards and eight touchdowns.
